Acceptable use
These restrictions apply to every application you configure. If in doubt, do not connect the account.

Organisation-controlled accounts only
You must administer the source mailbox and be authorised to share this application's login messages with the selected members. Knowing a password alone is not authority.
No financial or payment-card accounts
Do not route banking, payments, investments, lending, insurance, cryptocurrency, wallets or cardholder data through HeyPass.
No health or government identity data
Do not connect patient, prescription, medical-record, government, tax, immigration, benefits or national-identity services. HeyPass does not offer a HIPAA/PCI-certified service or a healthcare BAA.
No personal accounts or minors
Use organisation-held business accounts, not an individual's personal email, social, shopping, financial or health accounts. Users must be at least 18. A mailbox host alone does not prove whether an account is personal.
No reselling or circumvention
Do not rent, resell or broker account access, run group buys, evade seat limits or violate a provider's terms. HeyPass does not grant permission to share a vendor account.
Product names belong to their owners. HeyPass is not affiliated with those providers.
